Role Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director, this position is responsible for operations strategies and business growth to deliver effective and profitable operation of the business and enhance the Company’s profile in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic growth, new product development, marketing, customer experience, policy development, compliance, and controls and successfully leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business plans and tactical action plans to support the achievement of the strategic plan.
- Maintain deep knowledge and networks in the real estate sector and property management sector and leverage them for appropriateness of generating business.
- Thorough understanding of the competitive landscape of South Sudan, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments, and standards.
- Overseeing the implementation of the company’s short- and long-term strategies and plans.
- Lead the annual strategy and budgeting process to ensure accurate provisioning of expenses.
- Review existing products, processes, structures, practices, and systems to ensure efficient service delivery; an improved client experience while mitigating operational risks.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and goals.
- Oversee all marketing and sales processes.
- High levels of customer awareness – customer segmentation, understand their needs and challenges and use this knowledge for product development & refinement.
- Establish an appropriate leadership system that will attract, inspire, develop, and retain a highly skilled motivated, and disciplined staff to enhance the performance of the institution
- Proactively recommends changes or improvements to the overall direction, policies, and strategy of the organization; solicits advice and seeks guidance, when appropriate, from the board.
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Real estate Management, Hospitality management, Marketing ,Finance, or other relevant fields.
- Masters degree desirable.
- 7 – 10 years of experience in real estate sector, 4 of which should have been in a Senior Management or Executive role.

- Financial & numerical competence skill
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract guests.
- Proven experience in building, leading and developing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
